His expertise in operations management and focus on process improvement ensures that each Pantaluna item is crafted with care. Mr. Capelle's role includes oveseeing the quality control function and that each unique Pantaluna item receives the proper care and attention that it deserves. His attention to detail is a perfect complement to Ms. Barger's creative vision and mission.
