We have an exchange-only policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
* You have received the wrong merchandise - you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation email (sent to you when you placed your order).
**Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless PANTALUNA has sent the wrong size or item.
**SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.**
If any one of the above instances should occur, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. PANTALUNA must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive back at PANTALUNA no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
You are responsible for all shipping costs. PANTALUNA may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.
In the event of partial orders, PANTALUNA will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
** All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment
